Renovation Update & Photos - September 23, 2003

Please see the following photos updating our Zeta XI chapter house renovation.  These photos are from last week's Alumni Board meeting held on September 23.  The majority of the improvements are nearly completed and the fall school year has started.

The downstairs oak floors are being refurnished.  This is in the dining room.

A new front door with electronic key pad is being installed.

Note the new railings above the dining room as well as new windows on all downstairs front house windows.

For those of you who don't recognize this, this is the completely renovated kitchen. This was the top priority of the alumni when we started the remodel.  There is a new subfloor, new cabinetry, heavy duty linoleum and new windows (among many items) that were installed in this kitchen.

This is some of the alumni and active chapter members doing a "walk through" with Daniel Sedillo (far left) who is the contractor on this project.  Daniel has done a great job on overseeing this project.  Thanks to the many alumni and actives who worked on this effort.
